Each year there are a series of excursions every term, organized by the tutors and the school. There are different types of excursions: more academic, like the ‘Museu d’història de Catalunya’ and more playful, like the ‘Aquàrium’, in Barcelona. The excursions take place in December, March and April. The excursions are all day, from morning to midday, except for the skiing, which is 3 days. We go once every term. This Monday was the first excursion of the year and this is what the pupils think:
The first year of 1 ESO students will visit the Aquàrium in Barcelona, Volcà del Croscat and Les mines in Gavá. Here’s what they think of the first excursion: Boring and uninteresting because they climbed a mountain to see a very boring crater and had to walk a lot.
The students of 2 ESO will go zip-lining in a forest, skiing and Les aigües and Barcelona. Here’s what they think of the first excursion: He liked it very much because it was fun and exciting. And it was playful.
The third year of 3 ESO are visiting Montserrat, doing a tourist route around Barcelona and Park eòlic in Rubió. Here’s what they think of the first excursion: He liked the way up the rack railway, he found the history interesting and he didn’t like the fact that they walked down.
Students in the fourth year of 4 ESO can choose between CosmoCaixa or a cooking course and a history museum. Here’s what they think of the first excursion: They found it very boring and do not recommend it because it is all explanatory and you can’t go free.
