Today we interviewed the school cook. His name is Gianni and he has another partner, Esther. Gianni is 49 old and he was born on 29 December. He came to Goar School in 2018.
Interviewer: Who takes care of the kitchen of the center?
Gianni: Me.
Interviewer: What is the thing in the kitchen that you like the most?
Gianni: Um, the schedule, because at four pm I’m out of work.
Interviewer: How do you decide what to cook each week?
Gianni: That is decided by a group of people that do the menu, who take care that every day there are the calories that they need to have.
Interviewer: How do you organize at the time to work?
Gianni: I take care of the food and my work partner cleans and organizes the kitchen.
Interviewer: Which recipes are the most successful?
Gianni: I think the french fries with chicken.
Interviewer: Is there so much food left?
Gianni: Usually not, just enough.
Interviewer: What do you do with all of that food left?
Gianni: We put it all in the trash.
